Maersk in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager – Air Freight to identify, attract, and secure new Air Freight customers while building lasting relationships that drive growth and loyalty.

You will lead value-based selling, manage a robust CRM pipeline (Salesforce), and collaborate with North America teams to expand revenue and meet targets in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years’ external sales in International Air Freight.
• Proven ability in value-based selling.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Financial acumen to support value-based sales.
• Ability to work under pressure with strategic focus.
