Responsibilities

• Manage daily international freight operations (air, ocean, FCL/LCL, import/export, drayage, warehousing, transloading).
• Coordinate shipment activity from booking to final delivery with accurate documentation and proactive issue resolution.
• Lead, train, and support operations staff with clear direction and performance oversight.
• Coordinate with steamship lines, airlines, trucking firms, warehouses, customs brokers, and overseas partners.
• Monitor KPIs, costs, and service levels to drive improvements and maintain quality.
• Resolve customer service issues while ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures.
