Job summary

Gallatin AI, Inc. is seeking a Mission Development Manager — Air Force & Space Force to drive Navigator adoption across a mission landscape funded by substantial defense investment.

You will identify mission problems, build relationships with stakeholders, and lead complex pursuits from discovery through award. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Engagement Management, Capture, and executives while owning territory development, pipeline creation, and bookings in a

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years working with or selling into the U.S. Air Force and/or U.S. Space Force is strongly preferred.
• Proven ownership of seven-figure enterprise opportunities from identification through close.
• Track record of creating net-new pipeline, not just managing inherited accounts.
• Experience navigating federal acquisition vehicles and pathways (FAR, IDIQ, OTAs, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build Gallatin’s Air Force and Space Force business across commands, program offices, and users.
• Identify high-impact problems in logistics, sustainment, readiness, mobility, and contested operations.
• Engage mission users to translate workflows into measurable outcomes and executable opportunities.
• Create net-new pipeline and lead pursuits from discovery to award.
• Develop champions and align stakeholders, navigate funding and contracting requirements.
• Lead territory and account planning with clear strategies and accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver mission-aligned solutions and win opportunities.
