Job summary

Xtreme Solutions Inc in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and sustainment of Air Force Operational Medicine (AFOMIS) Medical Expeditionary Systems (MEDXS) capabilities. You will be the primary point of contact with the Government and manage a program spanning the National Capital Region and deployed sites across multiple OCONUS Areas of Responsibility.

Active Secret clearance required; 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and valid U.S. passport (see universal requirements).
• 10+ years of project management experience in DoD or health IT environments.
• Experience leading development and sustainment of large-scale medical or defense systems.
• Experience managing multi-node deployments and IM/IT testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact to Government Portfolio Manager and COR; attend routine meetings at DHHQ, Falls Church.
• Lead development and sustainment of MEDXS capabilities and medical analytics dashboards.
• Oversee integrated IM/IT testing in physical and virtual environments.
• Direct on-site and remote medical operations support for TMIP systems at deployed locations.
• Plan and execute multi-node OCONUS deployments with personnel readiness and LOAs.
• Manage host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS AORs.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, risk, and deliverables across CENTCOM and/or EUCOM environments.

Location: National Capital Region, reporting to the Government Portfolio Manager and COR at AFOMIS, Defense Health Headquarters, Falls Church, VA

Clearance: Active Secret

Experience: 10+ years preferred

Overview. XSI is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and sustainment of Air Force Operational Medicine (AFOMIS) Medical Expeditionary Systems (MEDXS) capabilities. You will be XSI's primary point of contact with the Government and will run a program that spans the National Capital Region and deployed sites across multiple OCONUS Areas of Responsibility. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact to the Government Portfolio Manager and COR; attend routine meetings at DHHQ, Falls Church
• Lead development and sustainment of medical waivers workflow systems and enterprise medical analytics dashboards
• Oversee integrated IM/IT testing in physical and virtual environments
• Direct on-site and remote medical operations support for TMIP systems at deployed locations
• Plan and execute multi-node OCONUS deployments, including personnel readiness, SPOT records and Letters of Authorization (LOAs)
• Manage host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS AORs
• Manage staffing, schedule, risk and deliverables across CENTCOM and/or EUCOM operational environments
