Job summary

Kearney & Company in Dayton, OH seeks an Air Force Data Entry Analyst to support SAF/FMFO Air Force Accounting Policy and Operations. The role centers on accurately recording disbursements and handling end-to-end AF Financial Management tasks with strong attention to detail.

You will interact with AF Commands and bases across the U.S., perform data entry, data analysis in Microsoft Office, and help create training materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience

Responsibilities

• Navigate AF accounting systems and feeder systems for data entry and corrections
• Analyze financial data using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Create and update training materials, including lesson plans and handouts
• Provide ad hoc and on-the-job training to AF Financial Managers via telephone, video-teleconference, webinar, or on-site visit
• Support SAF/FMF teams with surge and end-of-year processes
• Provide targeted assistance to users based on metrics and data analyses
