Job summary

JTEC Consulting LLC in Dayton, Ohio is hiring a Journeyman level Data Entry Analyst with Air Force Financial Management experience to join our DEAMS support team. You will perform data entry, data correction, and analysis under SAF/FMFO policies.

The role requires a current Secret clearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with DAF Major Commands and bases. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates, and minimal travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end Air Force Financial Management Accounting or Budget systems
• Ability to analyze financial data using Microsoft Office products
• Ability to brief and communicate effectively with senior leaders and managers

Responsibilities

• Support SAF/FMFO Accounting Policy Operations and interact with DAF Major Commands and bases in support of the day-to-day operations of Financial Management.
• Analyze, reconcile, and correct necessary transactions to account for accounting discrepancies including missing contract mods, incorrect disbursements, missing accounts receivables bills, and D-to-O balancing.
• Navigate AF accounting systems and feeder systems to perform data entry and data correction.
• Analyze financial data using Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze and resolve accounting issues identified by FM customers.
• Provide support to the other teams within SAF/FMF, as needed, including surge and end of year processes.
• Provide targeted assistance to users based on metrics, recurring critical task results, and results of other data analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
