Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Senior Air Force Civil Engineer Operations Strategic Analyst to support the AF/A4C. The role bridges base-level execution and HQ policy, translating technical realities into enterprise strategy for modernization and asset management across the DoD Civil Engineer Enterprise.

You will craft plans, monitor milestones, and produce executive-ready materials for GO/SES leadership, working with HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, and CES to optimize processes and readiness.

Qualificações

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Ten+ years of experience supporting Air Force or DoD programs.
• Proven experience developing, tracking, and executing enterprise strategic implementation plans, roadmaps, or POA&Ms.
• In-depth knowledge of Air Force CES organization, operations flight craft shops, and installation processes.
• Experience conducting program analysis and producing executive-level decision materials.

Responsabilidades

• Support AF/A4C SIP execution by aligning modernization initiatives and tracking milestones.
• Develop and maintain POA&Ms, plans, metrics, and executive dashboards; prep briefing materials for GO/SES leadership.
• Coordinate with HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs and CES to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive modernization initiatives including UFC modernization, CBM+, resilience, fuel-storage advocacy, and facility enhancements.
• Analyze Operations Flight programs to standardize business processes across the enterprise.
• Research new technologies and predictive maintenance models to accelerate adoption and improve readiness.
