Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks an experienced Analyst to support the AF/A4C in the Pentagon/National Capital Region. This role bridges tactical Civil Engineer operations with policy development and governance, ensuring mission readiness and compliance worldwide.

You will develop governance documents, drive audit resolutions, and provide executive-level decision support to senior leaders. A DoD secret clearance and 5+ years of DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years in DoD or Air Force program support.
• Experience serving as an Action Officer supporting leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineer operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance documents and policies (DAFIs, DAFMANs, UFC) under AF/A4C.
• Lead action officer activities and prepare executive briefings.
• Coordinate audits, CAPs and POA&Ms with senior leaders.
• Collaborate across HQ AF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, and installations.
• Facilitate governance forums and prepare meeting minutes and reports.
• Provide program evaluations and readiness recommendations.
