Redhorse Corporation seeks an experienced Air Force Civil Engineer Operations Strategy and Governance Analyst to support the AF/A4C at the Pentagon/ NCR. You will bridge tactical base-level execution with Headquarters policy, driving governance, policy development, audits, and strategic plans to ensure mission assurance and compliance across installations.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, 5+ years with DoD, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Department of the Air Force or Department of Defense programs.
• Action Officer Expertise: Experience supporting senior leaders and staff processes.
• Air Force Civil Engineer knowledge of squadron organization and base-level maintenance.
• Audit & compliance coordination experience with CAPs/POA&Ms.

Responsabilités

• Develop governance documents and policy under AF/A4C oversight.
• Lead Action Officer for DoD actions; prepare executive briefings.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and monitor CAPs/POA&Ms.
• Collaborate across HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs and installations.
• Facilitate governance forums; produce meeting minutes and status updates.
• Provide program analysis and readiness recommendations to improve resilience.
