Job summary

Redhorse Corporation invites an experienced Air Force Operations Strategist and Governance Analyst to support the AF/A4C at the Pentagon / NCR. You will bridge tactical Civil Engineer operations with HQ policy, driving governance, policy development, audits, and strategic plans to ensure mission readiness and compliance.

You will collaborate across multiple commands and lead executive‑level communications, delivering analysis, briefings, and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years supporting DoD or Air Force programs.
• Demonstrated experience as an Action Officer for senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineer operations.
• Proven audit, compliance, and CAP/POA&M coordination.
• Excellent executive communication and cross‑organizational collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance documents (DAFIs, DAFMANs, UFC) under AF/A4C.
• Lead action officer duties for DoD actions with high‑level briefings.
• Coordinate audits; track CAPs and POA&Ms with updates.
• Collaborate across HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, and installations.
• Facilitate governance forums; produce meeting minutes and reports.
• Evaluate programs and provide readiness improvement recommendations.
