Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking an experienced Air Force Civil Engineer Operations Strateggy and Governance Analyst to support AF/A4C at the Pentagon. You will bridge tactical activities to enterprise policy, drive governance, and ensure compliance and readiness for Air Force installations.

The role requires DoD experience, AO expertise, and strong written and verbal communication to coordinate across multiple organizations and deliver actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience supporting DoD programs.
• Action Officer experience working with senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of AF Civil Engineer operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution & Policy Development: develop governance docs (DAFIs/DAFMANs/UFC) under AF/A4C oversight.
• Executive Action Officer: prepare high-level briefings and decision-support materials.
• Audit & Compliance Management: coordinate audits, CAPs and POA&Ms with updates to leaders.
• Stakeholder & Enterprise Integration: collaborate across HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs and installations.
• Governance & Working Group Facilitation: participate in boards, create minutes and status updates.
• Program Analysis & Readiness: evaluate programs, identify trends, advise on improvements.
