Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, international business or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Master’s degree preferred in transportation, logistics, international business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of air export operations, documentation and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with TMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of air export coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and manage the flow of export shipments to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Resolve issues such as delays, damages or customs problems.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, including air waybills and invoices.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed expectations.
• Ensure compliance with customs, export controls and hazardous materials regulations.
• Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
