DSV Air & Sea Inc. Seattle is seeking a Team Lead for Air Export to supervise the daily operations of the air export team, coordinating with airlines, freight forwarders and service providers. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field and 5+ years in freight forwarding or logistics, with supervisory experience highly desirable. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in air exports and supervisory experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the air export team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of cargo.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other service providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as cargo delivery times, costs, and quality.
