Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Export Supervisor I in SeaTac, WA to lead the air export operations team and ensure compliant, efficient processing of shipments.

You will oversee customs documentation, coordinate clearances, and monitor team performance while maintaining high service levels for internal and external customers. A strong background in airfreight and supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred; or an equivalent combination of work experience and completion of the LDP Program.
• Minimum 4-5+ years related experience in Airfreight globally.
• Knowledgeable in Export Administration, Department of Commerce, and Consularization regulations, UCP 500, and recordkeeping.
• Knowledge of IATA, NATA, Free Trade Agreements, CTPAT, and related trade legislation, rules and regulations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
• Strong background in airfreight operations for import and export.
• Previous Supervisory Experience leading a team within the Air Export Operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile all management and financial reports for department.
• Review profitability and growth of department regularly with operations.
• Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Coordinate timely clearance and delivery of imported cargo based on service commitments.
• Oversee preparation of U.S. Customs Documentation and communicate with customs officials.
• Oversee and monitor team performance and conduct client reviews.
