DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Freight Forwarder - Air Export (2nd Shift) to manage export shipments by air, coordinate with airlines, prepare required documentation, and keep customers informed of status.

The role requires strong organizational, communication and detail-oriented skills, fluency in English, and knowledge of logistics software. This is a full-time, on-site position in Michigan with a base pay range of $52,000–$62,400 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of air freight and export documentation is essential.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments and airline scheduling.
• Prepare and process customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track shipments and provide customers with status updates.
• Manage customer relationships and address issues.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade laws.
• Support afternoon shift and other duties as assigned.
