Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Freight Forwarder for the Air Export 2nd Shift. The role entails coordinating air shipments, handling documentation, and communicating with customers and service providers to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate will manage schedules, maintain shipment visibility, and ensure compliance with customs rules while providing excellent service. Fluency in English and knowledge of freight forwarding are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing movement of goods through transportation channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on status of shipments.
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, including customs and trade regulations.
