Qualifications

• Prior logistics or related operations experience.
• Basic air freight knowledge preferred.
• Experience with CargoWise or similar TMS advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments from booking through departure.
• Prepare air export docs: air waybills, invoices, packing lists.
• Enter shipment data in CargoWise and other systems.
• Track milestones and update customers and systems.
• Communicate with airlines, carriers, warehouses, and overseas agents.
• Ensure compliance with export rules and SOPs.
• Identify documentation discrepancies or shipment issues and elevate for resolution.
