Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations, and other government departments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of air export shipments.
• Ensure bookings are made at current and accurate rates; route shipments per procedures.
• Monitor outbound shipments from origin to final destination with timely updates.
