Responsibilities

• Meet contractual commitments for cost, technical, and schedule performance.
• Provide technical leadership to design, develop, integrate and test a system that meets performance requirements.
• Communicate program status, accomplishments, issues, and needs to Raytheon leadership and customer communities.
• Contribute to aligning on program vision and execution strategies as part of the Program Leadership Team.
• Manage development maturation of emerging technology toward a production-ready design under tight schedules.
• Actively identify, manage, and mitigate risks or capture opportunities.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to all team members.
• Travel as necessary to support the program.
