Qualifications

• Self-starter with a record of high achievement in multiple domains.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents affecting air defense assets.
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and produce trend analyses.
• Communicate data and trends relevant to asset health and performance.
• Collaborate to sustain and modernize the fleet of deployed systems.
• Execute projects to enhance fleet sustainment processes.
