Job summary

ACF Industrial Energy seeks a skilled air compressor technician to troubleshoot and repair a range of compressors in shop and field settings. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues using manuals and schematics, and execute repairs on complex systems.

Responsibilities include emergency call-backs, after-hours work, and occasional overnight travel to job sites. Valid willingness to travel, lift up to 100 lbs, and maintain safe work environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of compressed air systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics and work orders
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs on air systems
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varied environments
• Willingness to travel and work overnight shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance on compressed air systems
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during and outside normal hours
• Read manuals and schematics to perform maintenance
• Use hand and power tools and meters to diagnose problems
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and comply with safety regulations
