You will coordinate services, review documents, and communicate quotes and timing to customers while ensuring strict attention to detail and service quality. Ideal candidates bring a year of customer service experience, TSA STA familiarity, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Ability to complete a Security Threat Assessment (STA) per TSA.
• Strong computer skills in Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Basic geography knowledge of US states, Mexico, Canada, and major cities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing, booking and executing air charter activity in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate and organize all services for air charter movements with high attention to detail.
• Determine optimal transit modes based on customer requirements.
• Enter charter requests into the Ascent system with accurate data.
• Review cargo documents for accuracy related to air charter movements.
• Communicate quote requests and timing/cost details to customers by phone or email.
• Coordinate with aircraft providers to book charter activity and timelines.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and schedule trucking and ground handling across airports.
