Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent; six months to one-year related experience.
• Computer skills required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Must be able to work weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays, and days off.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Experience in supervisory or lead roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs Leads and Agents within the assigned functional area.
• Oversees staffing requirements and administrative actions.
• Monitor and administer discipline/corrective action for subordinates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by daily feedback and service quality.
• Liaise between Leads/Agents and upper management.
• Ensure safety, security, quality and employee relations standards.
