Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring for an Air Cargo Ramp Agent at ORD in Chicago. You will load and unload cargo, transport freight between terminals and aircraft, and operate within security and safety guidelines. This role is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and requires attention to detail and teamwork.

The position supports 24/7 operations with rotating shifts and offers benefits and opportunities for internal mobility within a global ground handling network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to read and understand safety and instruction documents.
• Ability to work in a high-noise environment and follow security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload aircraft cargo up to 80 lbs.
• Transport cargo using trolleys and vehicles in crowded areas.
• Read and act on cargo sheets to determine destinations.
• Complete forms and messages required for operations at designated locations.
• Report any security breaches or non-compliance to managers.
• Regular and timely attendance is required.
