Job summary

The position requires college-level education or equivalent experience, with 2–5 years of management experience in field service and airline pricing knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years previous management or supervisory experience in field service duties.
• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Airline pricing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisory personnel within assigned functional area.
• Oversee staffing requirements and administer corrective action as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with daily feedback and liaison between frontline supervisors and upper management.
• Maintain compliance with TSA and corporate security programs.
• Ensure site security plan implementation and staff badge issuance.
• Complete required company audits for continuity and compliance.
• Supervise shift-specific responsibilities and attend to weekend/holiday coverage.
