Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Air Cargo Manager on Duty to lead supervisory staff, oversee staffing, and ensure safety, security and customer satisfaction. The role requires coordinating with management, enforcing TSA-compliant security plans, and maintaining audit readiness.

You will supervise shifts, ensure adherence to policies, and support continuous operations across cargo handling teams. Candidates should have 2–5 years of supervisory experience in field service, a college degree

Qualifications

• Two to five years previous management/specialist supervisory experience in field service duties.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Airline pricing experience.
• Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisory personnel within assigned functional area.
• Oversee staffing requirements and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through daily feedback and liaison with management.
• Maintain and control operation in accordance with security programs and TSA regulations.
• Ensure site security plans are understood and enforced by staff.
• Read, interpret and implement policies and procedures for aviation operations.
• Prepare reports and present information to managers and clients.
