Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Air Logistics Manager on Duty to supervise a 50+ team across airport logistics and ramp operations. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to safety guidelines, and efficient movement of packages in a cross-dock setting on airport property.

You will ensure timely cargo handling, maintain security procedures, and meet quality standards while coordinating with aviation teams and customers. Weekend and peak-hour availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or international equivalent.
• 2-5 years of operations management or supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a 50+ person team in a cross-dock operation.
• Lead sorting, scanning and movement of small packages in warehouse and ramp environment.
• Oversee unloading/loading of aircraft and trucks across a dispersed area.
• Ensure safety, security, and quality standards are met during shifts.
• Maintain compliance with TSA and corporate security programs.
