Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Chicago is seeking an Air Cargo Office Agent ORD to manage cargo documentation, data entry, and customs interfacing for import/export shipments, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing.

You will prepare flight documents, quote prices and terms, process MAWB and related paperwork, and support customers on transfers and duties, with a focus on security and compliance. A HS Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and prepare flight documents.
• Interface with U.S. Customs and prepare import/export documentation.
• Solicit orders or talk with customers to complete sales and quote prices.
• Move cargo and assist in document handling for flight arrivals and departures.
