Worldwide Flight Services in Portland, OR is seeking an Air Cargo Office Agent to manage data entry, flight documentation, and customs interfaces, and to handle import/export paperwork while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

The role supports cargo operations, sales quoting, and contract preparation, with an emphasis on accurate delivery estimates and customer service. Candidates should meet basic education requirements and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age if position requires driving cargo handling equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and Port Authority/Airport Authority permit where applicable.
• Ability to learn PC skills and apply knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform computer data entry and prepare flight documents.
• Interface with U.S. Customs; prepare import/export documentation.
• Accept and distribute cargo per DOT regulations.
• Quote prices, terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders.
• Estimate delivery dates and coordinate with delivery schedules.
• Move cargo up to 70 lbs and follow site security procedures.
