Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking an Air Cargo Office Agent IAD to support flight documentation, customs interfaces, and cargo processing. The role requires data entry, document preparation, and customer interaction at a fast-paced hub.

Candidates should be comfortable with lifting up to 70 lbs, possess a valid driver's license, and be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. DailyPay and other employee perks may be offered.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry and prepare flight documents.
• Interface with U.S. Customs and prepare import/export docs.
• Assist customers and collect payments for services.
• Move cargo and prepare MAWB/NOTOC documentation and flight manifests.
• Answer calls and respond to emails, maintain departmental records.
