The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to type at least 30 WPM, and be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Previous lead experience is helpful.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Manage cargo agent tasks and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Prepare flight documents, interface with U.S. Customs, and handle import/export documents.
• Supervise workflow, schedule tasks, and report security or compliance issues.
