Idexcel in Coppell, TX seeks an experienced logistics professional to lead international air and ocean freight operations, including import shipments, and to coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams.

You will manage transload warehouse tasks, TL dispatch, and ensure KPI tracking, documentation, and compliance using SAP, TMS, and WMS. This role requires a strong background in global freight management and data analysis.

Formación

• 6+ years of logistics experience in international air and ocean freight.
• Hands-on experience with air, ocean, and over-the-road (OTR) freight operations.
• Experience in transload warehouse management and TL dispatch.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in SAP, TMS, WMS, or similar logistics systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end international air and ocean freight operations, including import shipments.
• Track shipments, monitor port/terminal departures, and resolve delays, customs holds, and other exceptions.
• Coordinate transload warehouse operations, capacity planning, and performance KPIs.
• Manage truckload (TL) outbound dispatch, routing, and load optimization using TMS.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain shipment documentation, delivery confirmations, compliance records, and operational reports.

Location: Coppell, TX (primary); (Commute to Plano, TX approximately 2 days per week for meetings)

Contract Duration: 1 year

Work Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (subject to business needs)

Key Responsibilities
