Air and Missile Defense (AMD) TIS SW Development Team Product Owner (PO)

Join to apply for the Air and Missile Defense (AMD) TIS SW Development Team Product Owner (PO) role at Integration Innovation, Inc.

i3 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Air and Missile Defense (AMD) TIS (Track Identification Services) SW (Software) Development Team Product Owner (PO). This role involves working as a member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO). The position is based fully onsite in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities

1. Prioritize and validate the development software for the TIS team.
2. Identify and classify tracks in the C2 (Command and Control) software.
3. Review and understand Systems Engineering concepts, designs, and algorithms; provide guidance to the development team.
4. Coordinate with Program management to set priorities for capabilities and defect resolution for each product increment and sprint.
5. Provide technical briefings and advisements to leadership on project status, risks, capabilities, performance, and impacts on the IFMC mission.
6. Be fluent in the Microsoft Office toolset.
7. Must be a US citizen.
8. Hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering, sciences, or mathematics from an accredited college (ABET preferred).
9. Have at least 7 years of combined Government/DoD experience performing the essential duties listed above.
10. Be able to obtain a Secret security clearance or higher.

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge in IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS, and familiarity with current CID measures in one or more DoD services is a plus.
• Prior experience as a Product Owner on a SCRUM team is advantageous.
