The Air and Missile Defense (AMD) TIS (Track Identification Services) SW (Software) Development Team Product Owner (PO) will work as a member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO). The PO will be responsible for prioritizing and validating the development software for the TIS team, which focuses on the identification and classification of tracks in the C2 (Command and Control) software. Responsibilities include reviewing and understanding systems engineering concepts, designs, algorithms, and providing guidance to the development team. The PO will collaborate with program management to set priorities for capabilities and defects for each product increment and sprint, and will provide technical briefings and advisement to leadership on the status, risks, performance, and impacts on the IFMC mission.
Knowledge in IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS, and familiarity with current CID measures in one or more DoD services. Prior Product Owner experience on a SCRUM team is a plus.
