Job summary

You will partner with Data Science, Operations, Partner Engagement, and Global Training to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable content, producing learning in written, video, and interactive formats while leveraging AI to accelerate creation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years defining training strategy and managing global training programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with global implementation experience.
• Grounded in learning theory and ADDIE framework.
• Proven program management with stakeholder influence across teams.
• Excellent written communication for complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Define training strategy and manage programs for global operations.
• Apply ADDIE and learning theory in rapid, iterative ways.
• Prioritize projects, manage timelines, and report status across programs.
• Lead training initiatives across regions and time zones.
• Collaborate with Global Training, Partner Engagement, Quality, and vendors.
• Translate technical concepts into accessible training content and docs.
• Produce learning in formats (written, video, interactive).
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate drafting and interactive learning.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze error trends and close knowledge gaps.
