Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, organizational development, or learning & development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in high-growth technology or software organizations with enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Expertise in internal communication strategies and digital platforms; knowledge of LMS and digital learning technologies.
• Strong change management methodologies and experience with employee engagement and survey tools.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, executive presence, and strong written/verbal communication.
• Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools and collaboration technologies; data-driven decision making.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and program management capabilities.

DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for developing and executing an integrated strategy across three critical pillars: internal communications, employee engagement, and learning & development. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, organizational development, or learning and development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience within a high-growth technology, software, engineering, or digital organization, with demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide change and transformation initiatives
• Expertise in internal communication strategies and digital communication platforms, along with knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and experience using employee engagement and survey platforms
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools, collaboration technologies, and people analytics
• Strong project and program management capabilities
