Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years in internal comms, employee engagement, org development, or L&D with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in high-growth tech environments and enterprise-wide change.
• Expertise in internal comms strategies and LMS/digital learning tech.
• Strong change management experience and survey tool knowledge.
• Strategic thinking, executive presence, and stakeholder influence.
• Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools and people analytics.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Coaching/mentoring abilities and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver an internal communications strategy aligned to mission and priorities.
• Craft executive messaging and company-wide announcements.
• Design employee engagement programs including surveys and focus groups.
• Build a company-wide learning and development strategy including leadership programs.
• Manage intranet, collaboration platforms, and LMS systems.
• Partner with leadership to align communications, engagement, and learning with objectives.
• Lead change communication for organizational transformation.
• Own cadence and content for town halls, forums, newsletters.
• Analyze engagement data and translate into action plans with People leaders.
• Design and scale leadership development for emerging and senior leaders.
• Develop onboarding experiences and learning pathways across technical and leadership domains.
• Champion continuous learning through mentoring and communities of practice.
• Measure effectiveness with business metrics and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Serve as trusted advisor on culture, communication, and workforce readiness.
