The AIML Data Operations team operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are looking for an experienced L&D Program Manager who can expertly navigate the demands of this environment, balancing the need for rapid delivery with a commitment to producing high-quality, innovative learning experiences.
As an L&D Program Manager, you will be at the heart of our training initiatives, responsible for defining training strategy and driving the programs that enable our diverse workforce to achieve quality and perform at their best. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role, grounded in strong training methodology and program management. You will be working with stakeholders from various departments, including Data Science, Operations, Partner Engagement, and Quality, and will need to design learning solutions that address the unique needs of each audience. Your ability to stay ahead of industry trends, integrate cutting-edge learning methodologies, and leverage AI to build new interactive learning experiences will be critical to your success.
