Job summary

U.S. Fleet Forces Command at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (Kittery, ME) seeks a Management and Program Analyst in the Operations Department to serve as the AIM program authority and lead program governance.

You will oversee planning, directing, and coordinating AIM implementation, and you will drive short and long-range resource planning to support mission execution. The role requires expertise in AIM requirements, training development, and complex data analysis to inform management decisions

Qualifications

Experience planning, developing, and coordinating program analysis and governance activities for AIM.
Experience developing training, briefings, and guidance to ensure AIM requirements are understood and followed.
Experience analyzing management priorities, data requirements, budgets, and external program requirements.
Experience establishing local methods for AIM data review, reporting, and decision-making.
Experience resolving AIM program conflicts involving schedule, resources, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the shipyard's AIM management and program analyst and subject-matter authority.
Determine how AIM program goals and higher-level requirements are set and satisfied.
Manage, plan, direct, and coordinate the AIM program implementation and maintenance.
Plan and execute short and long-range AIM resource needs.
