Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of relevant exempt experience required.
• Master’s Degree with 4 years of relevant professional experience accepted as equivalent.
• Alternative pathways listed in the minimum qualifications are eligible.
• NNS Apprentice School graduate is an acceptable substitute.
• NNPS graduate is an acceptable substitute.
• Associate's Degree with 2 years relevant exempt experience or 4 years non-exempt experience.
• Military Paygrade E-5 or above acceptable.
• High School/GED with 4 or 8 years related experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages ongoing projects' operational aspects.
• Acts as liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
• Reviews project status, budgets, schedules; prepares status reports.
• Identifies issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develops monitoring mechanisms for progress and intervention with PMs and clients.

Education

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years relevant exempt experience

Master’s Degree and 4 year of relevant professional experience

NNS Apprentice School graduate

Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate

Associate's Degree or 2 year program + 2 years relevant exempt experience

Military Paygrade E-5 or above

High School/GED + 4 years combined of Manufacturing/Shipbuilding/Military experience (exempt)

High School/GED + 8 years combined of Manufacturing/Shipbuilding/Military experience (non-exempt)
