Job summary

Professional Analysis, LLC (PAI) is seeking an experienced Project Management Analyst to support the U.S. Navy's PMS 339 at the Washington Navy Yard.

This role provides PM and analytical support across modernization initiatives, including planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of classroom and laboratory modernization projects. The position involves coordinating with Government program offices, NAVFAC, A&E firms, construction contractors, engineering teams, and Fleet stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or fifteen (15) years of directly related professional experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience supporting project management, facilities, engineering, construction, acquisition, or technical modernization programs.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams of Government personnel, engineers, architects, construction professionals, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing project schedules, monitoring performance, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Visio, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of Navy classroom and laboratory modernization projects.
• Manage project activities from initial planning through final acceptance.
• Coordinate with Government program offices, NAVFAC, A&E firms, contractors, and Fleet stakeholders.
• Develop conceptual classroom and laboratory layouts using Visio, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Assist in developing Statements of Work for surveys, assessments, and modernization requirements.
• Coordinate reviews and incorporate approved design changes during development.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules, IMS, status reports, and action trackers.
