Ultimate Therapy Services is hiring a Rehab Aide for a full-time role at a rehabilitation facility in Wisconsin. The position supports therapists, prepares treatment areas, transports residents, and helps maintain a clean, organized department within a collaborative healthcare team.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, with interest in healthcare or rehabilitation; HS diploma preferred and ability to work in a team. On-the-job training is provided.

We are seeking a Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare who enjoys working in a collaborative environment while supporting residents through their rehabilitation journey.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy treatment areas and equipment before and after resident sessions
• Safely transport residents to and from therapy appointments throughout the facility
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked rehabilitation department
• Support therapists with non-clinical tasks to help ensure efficient daily operations
