Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a reliable Rehab Aide to support our rehabilitation department at Autumn Lake at Crofton in Crofton, MD. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy, or rehabilitation.

You will help prepare treatment areas, escort residents, maintain equipment, and assist with day-to-day department needs. You’ll work alongside PT, OT, SLP staff in a team-focused, on-site setting, with training provided to grow in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable interacting with residents and working as part of a team.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Interest in therapy or rehabilitation is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Escort residents to and from the rehabilitation department.
• Clean and organize therapy equipment and treatment spaces.
• Maintain supplies and assist with general department organization.
• Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff.
• Assist the rehabilitation team with day-to-day department needs.
• Help create a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Rehab Aide to support our rehabilitation department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy, or rehabilitation who wants to gain experience working alongside a multidisciplinary therapy team.
