Job summary

Autumn Lake at Greenfield in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time position supports residents through their rehabilitation journey and collaborates with therapists and nursing staff.

You will prepare therapy spaces, assist with equipment and transportation, and help with light clerical duties. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are preferred; healthcare interest is welcome and prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or patient care preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy treatment areas and equipment before and after resident sessions
• Safely transport residents to and from therapy appointments throughout the facility
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked rehabilitation department
• Support therapists with non-clinical tasks to help ensure efficient daily operations
• Monitor therapy supplies and organize equipment
• Assist with light clerical duties, including filing and scheduling support
• Provide a positive, welcoming experience for residents participating in therapy services
