Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a dependable Rehab Aide for a full-time role at Autumn Lake in Scotch Plains, NJ. The entry-level position offers hands-on experience in a rehabilitation setting with opportunities to observe PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with therapy areas, escorting residents, maintaining a clean gym, and providing support to the therapy team. The pay rate is $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable interacting with residents and working as part of a team.
• Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
• Interest in rehabilitation, therapy, or healthcare is a plus.
