Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dependable Rehab Aide to support the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake in Beloit, WI. This entry-level position offers both full-time and part-time schedules with a $9–$11/hour pay range.

You will prepare therapy areas, transport residents, and help maintain a clean, organized rehab gym. You will work alongside PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA professionals, gaining valuable experience in a rehabilitation setting while being part of a supportive team that values

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with residents and as part of a team.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Interest in rehabilitation or healthcare encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy areas and equipment for daily treatment sessions.
• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Keep the rehabilitation gym clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Clean and sanitize therapy equipment according to facility guidelines.
• Provide non-clinical support to the therapy team.
