Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a dependable Rehab Aide to join the therapy department at Autumn Lake at Spa Creek in Annapolis, MD. This full-time position offers $15.00 per hour and provides entry-level exposure to healthcare in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

You will assist with daily tasks, set up treatment areas, transport residents, and support PT, OT, and SLP staff. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to build experience for a future career in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable, organized and comfortable working with residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
• Interest in rehabilitation or therapy is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Set up treatment areas and equipment for daily therapy sessions
• Assist with transporting residents to and from the rehabilitation department
• Clean and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment spaces
• Keep the rehab gym organized and supplies readily available
• Provide non-clinical assistance to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
• Support the department with general daily tasks and organization
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents
