Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dependable Rehab Aide to join our therapy department at Autumn Lake at Long View in Manchester, MD. This full-time role supports therapists, prepares treatment areas, escorts residents, and helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

You will assist with non-clinical tasks, organize supplies, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure smooth operations. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for growth in rehabilitation and healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

What You'll Do
