Job summary

WPP l Ford Team is seeking a Manager of AI Workspace Administrator to operate the WPP Open AI platform for the Ford team. You will own identity management, RBAC, first-line support, and platform hygiene across global operating companies, ensuring secure, organized, and reliable environments.

This role supports Ford’s digital transformation, working with cross-regional colleagues to maintain access, troubleshoot, and streamline workspace provisioning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in system administration, IT operations, or technical help desk.
• Solid grasp of RBAC, SSO, and security fundamentals.
• Comfort with ticketing systems, collaboration hubs, and basic API concepts.
• Strong communication, patience, empathy, and clarity supporting non-technical users.
• Methodical, checklist-driven approach to documentation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Identity Management: regional lead for platform identity and audits.
• Access Control: define and govern WPP Open user groups and permissions.
• Level 1 Help Desk: first point of contact for AI Agents and tools questions.
• Hub Maintenance: configure and modify workspaces and integrations.
• Data Maintenance & Cleanup: routine hygiene tasks and escalations to data team.
