VML, within the WPP Open AI platform, seeks a Manager of AI Workspace Administrator to own identity management, RBAC, and platform hygiene across global operating companies. This role emphasizes security, organization, and reliable user support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in system administration, IT operations, or technical help desk.
• Strong grasp of RBAC, SSO, and security/compliance fundamentals.
• Comfort with ticketing systems, collaboration hubs, and basic API concepts.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and clear support for non-technical users.
• Methodical, checklist-driven approach to documentation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Identity Management: regional lead for platform identity and audits.
• Access Control (RBAC): define and govern WPP Open user groups and permissions.
• Level 1 Help Desk: first line support for AI Agents/tools; handle escalations.
• Hub Maintenance: configure workspaces and integrations.
• Data Maintenance & Cleanup: routine hygiene and escalations to data team.
